Tips for a beginner in irrigation in Texas?

I'm just starting out on my own and need some advice on how to advertise.

I have landed a couple of small repair gigs but nothing major yet.
How did you guys advertise when you just started out?
Do you have any tips for me?
How well off am I?

Here is a little about me-
I have 3 years of landscape/irrigation experience and I am 19.
I am a licensed irrigator in the DFW area.
My rate is $65 per man hour + parts
I have a truck,521, accounts with Ewing and Longhorn.
College student
Just started a month ago.

You have to take the 40 hour irrigators course and then pass the exam.
My teacher was Phil Shepard from Irrigation System Solutions. He wrote his own book. I think he teaches a class near el paso.
Getting the license isn't really that hard man, it just takes forever and cost a bunch of money.

What areas in N. Texas are you looking to do work? I'm looking for someone knowledgeable to refer irrigation work to. I'm in the Lewisville/Flower Mound area.

I'm located in Garland so I'm able to work from Flower Mound to Rockwall.
Are you looking for someone to handle installs and repairs?

Congrats on just getting started. If you like I can send you to try a TAS Trimmer for trimming the grass away from your sprinkler heads and round value box covers. Think about it and Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
