sq footage how-to

I have spreadsheet templates in place to price most jobs based on sq ft. I can measure out the property using a measuring wheel, which is ok, then punch the figures into my spreadsheet to get figures.
what I was wondering was if there was something decent out there to give me bird's-eye photo, topography, property sq ft, that sort of thing, that I could use to scope out the property before I even drive there. www.zillow.com has property total sq ft, but that includes the house, driveway, etc. I'd prefer it it they could just be sq ft of lawns.
I know http://acculawnsystems.com/features/ http://goilawn.com/solutions-landing...easuring-tool/ and probably other software claims to help. But do they? Or is there a free site somewhere that gives sq footage, like www.zillow.com, but just for the lawn areas? thanks
