Yikes...that guarantee is going to bite you hard and give people a reason to test your word. No need to create a customer debate if you don't have to, and this is how it will go:
"Well, I just had Bob's Mow 'n Junk stop by and give me a quote for 1/3 of your rate! Sure, he's probably cheaper because he doesn't have insurance, pay taxes, and his Craftsman is in the trunk of his Bonneville, but...here's his written estimate! Start next week?"
Also, I'd recommend tying your 50% off promo to a special landing page link on your web site (nlm.com/promo50.html etc) that they go to for more info, which will allow you to better track your mailer effectiveness.

You really need to proof that proof. Did a pro do that? Scary that it's a "final proof".

- in your Services list, every word starts with a capital letter, except for "installation". Might as well make it "Bi-Weekly" as well, just for the visual consistency.
- if you keep it, "well guarantee to beat that price" needs an apostrophe.
- owner-operated, unless you're a surgeon, then keep "owner operated".

i don't care for that guarantee either. mabee you could "consider" matching any reasonable bid? you might have less chance of a problem, because like tony was saying... soon as that guy comes around with a $25 quote on a big yard, they might just want you to do it.. because hey, you guaranteed it.

card looks great, despite the spelling error. I'd check them again. lol. who did them?
