It works great, I have used it since 2011, creates easy system to manage your money and when tax time come its a simple print out reports after you have adjusted for depreciation and any other adjustments such as Interest expense, noncollectable accounts ect. Its is also easy to set up as well. I have also used peachtree before that was not very user friendly. Also within quick books if journal entries are being entered there are features that do not allow you to save entries that do not balance. Another feature that is nice that allows you to track you changes I think its called audit track or something.

I have pretty much grown with quick books and being a current student accounting major may make it more friendly or me. Hope this helps

I loved QB, had it since 2007, but they are discontinuing support for my bought version and pushing everything to the payfor online version. :/ annoying but I suppose the way things are headed, understandable. Once we can sync with QB it will be a little better as well and I will slowly start moving things over.
