The complainers!!!

Instead of sucking it up and focusing on how to improve sales the attention is focused on the newer operations. So much so, that when asked a million questions, they get 2 million answers. In younger days, if you wanted to learn something, anything, you had to shut up, watch and listen. Kinda of like it is in small rural towns today where some still feel the internet is for sissys. You had to suit up, show up, work to death, hope and pray for divine intervention and when it came do you best to not let it show even though it was flowing out your ears and anyone within a 50ft radius could feel it.

Actually, hate is too strong a word. Don't hate, participate. Haters, love haters, and feed off each other just create more negatives when there is enough to go around.

btw, I have a keyboard and a smartphone and cannot stand seeing/ reading post that are made using text phones that are incomprehensible to read lacking basic grammar and punctuation. GO TO SCHOOL or be schooled!!

1. Writing estimates (usually at 9 p.m. and on Sunday afternoons) EASILY #1

2. Meeting with customers after the workday… 6:30-7:00 p.m. meetings. I'm stinky, hot, tired, hungry.

3. Finding good help (labor)

4. Spring scheduling for edge/mulch (the massive "KY Derby time" rush around here in April)

5. HEAT. I hate heat. 90+ and humidity.

1. slow payers
2. Bi-Weekly mowing accounts (the ones that really need to be weekly)
3. customers who start a lawn program for the first time in 5 years that wonder why they still have weeds after one lawn treatment. (even after you explain its gonna take atleast a year to get it back in shape)
4. people who call in mid summer wanting me to cut their way overgrown back yard one time so they can see the dog house again. Because the "lawn mower broke". (Oh and they want it cheap, and need it done today of course!)
5. Leaves.
