We offer health, vision & dental, they have the option to purchase life and participate in a 401k through our agent. I am kicking around the idea of starting to pay a larger percentage of the medical insurance as well as matching a portion of the 401k, as that will help attract more qualified employees as we have been growing quickly.
Why do people not respect us as they do other tradesmen? Because every Tom, Dick, and Harry doesn't think he can be a plumber or electrician!
