Indian Wax Scale on boxwoods

A customer requested me to look at some boxwoods today. He helped me to look for what he sees in the spring/summer. We found 1 which I have attached.

What's the best cure? Based on what I found the crawler stage in late May/June. So a spring application of safari or merit would help and we could always treat with hort oil or seven if we begin to see crawlers. Systemic would also help with leaf miners although this is a new customer and I haven't seen much.
