More backflows being stolen

Looks like the thieves are back at it. Over 60 homes hit in one neighborhood in a week and a half. Seems odd to me that 60 homes could be hit, but nobody saw anyone suspicious. This is a new neighborhood with continued construction and development. I personally suspect contractors that could blend in, but that's just an opinion. This happened in December, and there was a follow up on last night's news, which I did not watch. I'll post the follow up when it gets added to the website. Most likely I'll have a few to replace this spring. Warning: there is an advertisement before the video.

Most BFP here in Florida are covered with multiple serial numbers. For nearly any scrap yard on the West Coast, BFP are considered restricted material. and If someone try's and sells these devices to a scrap yard without the proper paper work the results equal being charged with a 3rd degree felony. I believe that holds true for both seller/buyer.

We do have a meth issue, but I don't think it's one of the worst cities out there for it. But yes, meth is a problem here.

I hear the legal pot is rather expensive, potheads have to get money from somewhere too!

security cameras that look like transformers....signs that say under surveillance. private security patrols.....

BF being stolen, not so much a problem at residences since us California like to use ASV's unless its comercial

Any copper wire from jobs....when i turn in for scrap....need to wait 2 days before i get check.....my DL is on file....my thumbprint also.

They have arrested at least one of the guys involved. I say tie him up, and beat him with a 3' section of swing pipe. There were more neighborhoods affected after the original story I posted.
