How To Approach Difficult Client Situations

Hey guys.

We worked on an article together with Jeff Caldwell of http://www.litchfieldindustries.com on how to deal with difficult client situations, and invited Jeff to share his advice.

It may be dealing with constant client denials, micromanaging, attention hogs or late-paying clients, and how you handle those situations can really make you stand out from the crowd in either a good way or a very bad way.

What do you guys do to deal with difficult clients? How to you guys go above and beyond with your customer service to turn them into evangelists who give you endless referrals?

Or do you guys just fire them
