Another I forgot is Steveiiturf, he writes a column for Turf Mag, owns a company in Ohio, and owns a consulting firm that helps companies grossing $1 Million or less grow to the next level.

GMLC helped me more than he knows last summer when I was buying a new mower. Great guy. Gold Pro and Krazy Kajun's picture threads have kept me entertainment for hours.

I just discovered this thread. Actually, this is my first time ever in this forum, I usually stay in the hardscape forum and once in a while surf the off topic forum and participate in the 'Lawnsite MX'ers' thread.

Thanks to all who mentioned me.

I enjoy writing about my experiences, knowledge, and thoughts. Everything I know I learned the hard way, so you folks out here in cyber land are the beneficiaries of my mistakes

Life is short and you have to be able to laugh at yourself. A key to success at selling work is making customers and prospective customers laugh. Much of what you see in me here on this forum is exactly what my customers see when we initially meet. Although, I do write more than I speak, I'm not a speaker.

Well its been a long winter for those of us on the east coast. You can be assured that as soon as the warmer days hit your phones will be ringing! Home owners are struck with cabin fever and they're thinking OUTDOORS!

My Equipment Brag List:

-1 CAT hat
-16 pairs of Hanes socks (the Heavy Duty model), many with holes.
-12 pairs of underwear, ranging from Joe Boxers to Jockey, many are in need of replacement. (no more photo requests please)
-hundreds of t-shirts. Some w/ grease stains, some torn & tattered.
-7 pairs of jeans, ranging from Levis to Polo to GAP. 1/2 of them have holes in 'em.
-1 belt
-1 pair of old worn out Nike shoes.

I learn so much every single time I log on. Of course from guys like ETW but also from my young friend Arena Landscaping who is only 15 (i think) years old.

Guys like DVS and RJ make me crack up constantly (obviously two hardscape ruffians)

Then you got guys like Pro-Turf and TThomas that just make you want to get up 3 hours earlier each day to try and catch up with their success.

I feel like LarryinAlabama and Richard Martin are the landscaping Dads that I never had....

I love reading JContracting's stuff because him and I are very close business wise....

I think that Efficiency has a lot of intelligent stuff to say, and so doesn't AW landscapers...

Who doesn't love looking at GoldPro's amazing stripe photos?

And who doesn't love checking in to see what the Krazy Kajun is up to?

Jim Lewis' posts and pictures are priceless.

I could literally go on and on and on....... I take so much out of this forum it's ridiculous. There hasn't been one time that I have logged on that I haven't learned something. And the main point is that whether somebody has 50 posts or 5000, if you are here and you are actively participating, chances are I have learned something from you.

P.S Forgot to mention Sean Adams but that pretty much goes without saying.....
pretty much sums it up for me...gotta give Dirtman2007 some love too!!!
