flatbed truck for mowing? anyone hauling mowers on a flatbed?

I recently picked up a 1ton with a flatbed, I'd like to use it to haul a zero turn or walk behind mower plus all the handheld equipment.

Not sure on using ramps over and over but I have figured away they could easily lock on the bed.

Anyone have pics of the flatbed setup they are using and willIng to share? I've considered a removable dovetail also.

I'd like to do the same thing with my F250. I did something similar when I had my Tacoma. Unfortunately the Tacoma suspension couldn't handle the weight, but the concept is pretty cool. However, here are a couple photos of the rig I wanted lol

Is that a split tool box mounted on each side of the truck?

How did that work out?

that's a regular truck box cut in half, mounted vertical, and bolted to the rails.
the concept was pretty cool; the reality didn't work out as well with such a small truck lol! Fun while it lasted though, and I'd try it again with a larger truck bed

Id vote for a removable dove tail. Would make it a good mowing rig and not scary like with ramps. Make some sides and attach racks to them and you got a nice mowing rig! How big is the flatbed? There is a guy around here with a 12ft flatbed with 2 full size ZTRs on it. Very slick rig

I also see your location so the removable dovetail would let you put a Vbox or the likes onto the bed for winter
