2006 Chevy kodiak 4500

2006 duramax diesel 2wd. Crew cad. With 12' grain dump with side door.
It has 31500 miles on it. Was trying to figure out what I should try to sell this truck for.
Really solid truck has a 17000lbs gross weight. Has a side tool box as well. I've maintained very well rust is very minimal. Never seem the road in the winter so salt has never been a issue.. Also included would be the mesh tarp and hoops for a leaf loader setup.
Based on comp trucks I've seen I think I should ask high 30's for it.. any thoughts?

Does it have a side door on the bed? Barn doors, or is it a tailgate/door combo like the Dejana/Rugby beds are? I assume it's Electric over hydraulic not PTO. Those Kodiak's seem to have gone up in value since GM quit making them, so $35,000 wouldn't be unreasonable for one with 31,000 miles.

Yea my truck has barn doors on the back as well and one on the side. The grain body is much sturdier than the rack bodies. Only difference is that truck is 4x4 and has the nicer trim which has better headlights and a parking lights on the mirrors.. that's about it..
