Lawn care estimate - Terms and conditions

Hey guys, I am designing my own estimate. I have every thing down except one thing. The terms and conditions.

What do you put on the bottom of the page, you know, "the fine print" such as valid through, this estimate is good for mowing trimming, etc... and how long do you make it good for? 30 days? 60 days? Depending upon time from and when mowing starts?

anything will help!

Thanks!

Estimates don't need terms and conditions. An estimate is a list of the scope of work and the price you would be willing to charge at the time the estimate was written. An estimate is not a guarantee to perform work at a specific price…that would be a contract or an agreement.

My service agreements remain in effect until either or the two parties cancels. I do state the following on my agreements/contracts: A. W. Landscapers, Inc. reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time.

My service agreement terms and conditions are simple…The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and are hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment due at time of service.

My proposals/contracts have the following terms and conditions:

The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and are hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payments will be made as outlined above.

Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written order, and will become an extra charge over and above the proposal. All agreements contingent upon strikes, accidents, or delays beyond our control. All material is guaranteed to be as specified, and the above work to be performed in accordance with the drawings and specifications submitted for the above work and completed in a substantial workmanlike manner. This proposal does not include the cost of any permits associated with the above work. Cost of permits and a filing fee ($200.00 per permit) will be added to the final invoice. Any material ordered/purchased prior to customer cancellation is billable to the customer.
