having employ run route

do any of you guys have just one employ run your route so you can spend time finding more work and doing quotes? Do you have some kind of tracking for the truck ? or do you just check up on them durning the day

They'll return to the shop/home when finished, you should have an idea how long it should take them to do the route. Make sure they have a phone to contact you if needed/emergency. Make sure you add them as a driver on your insurance policy for the work truck. Make sure everything is gassed up or they have means to fill up during route if needed.
