I'm not sure where that valve bank is but it looks like a kitchen table.

I charge a full hour as my call out fee which includes the first 30 minutes, and then charge in 15 minute increments.

After that, we bill in 10 minute increments. Hindsite does a great job of setting up what increments we want to charge.
Same here.

Our service call fee is basically what we charge for one hour, but only covers half hour.

When I owned my business we charged an hour just to show up (covered any time up to 1st hour) then every 1/2 hr after that was a billable increment(part = whole). Then all material at list price.

so 1.05 hrs and a PGP = 1.5 hrs + 19.95 (local supply house no HD or competitors so # is high)

Loved the hindsite software. We used the $hit out of ours, only as good as the time you spend setting it up correctly and individualizing it..

The grass patch went that way when thry started doing hoa maintenance. they worked for a homebuilder which asks for a pricelist for repairs...I've been asked to give a monthly service repair price for large hoas before...I don't like to do it that way...too many unknowable problems

Could you expand on your list for Hindsite? I'm looking into it.
