I know you are using what you have equipment wise as much as possible , but a CTL and a rotary cutter on front is what I use now in spots like this rather than my tractor and bush hog. You probably will not cut any faster but it is much more comfortable than the tractor and I mulch the trees with the ex mounted mulcher as I go. The cutter for skid costs less than 4000.00 dollars and works great on standard flow.

How do you plan to pick up trash and get the fencing out?

Not to mention a good case of tractor neck from backing into areas you have to. Speaking from experience, that does creep up on you as you get older.

The muddy road from the workers on the other site driving back and forth. Plus it had just rained for two days.

8k is fair. Rent a Ctl with mower. No real need for a mulcher I can see

Run your tractor over it to make it look better if you want

I figure.i can 60 % of it easily with a tractor.

Plan is to let my brother start bushhogging the open areas while a I run around with the CTL and grapple piling up the debris. Then use the CTL to do a perimeter sweep before I dig in with the tractor.
