Pricing per sq foot

When you give pricing per square foot for retaining walls and patios are you including all material, some material, or just labor? Thanks

Please do a search on square foot pricing.

Or do a search under my user name.

And you'll find hundreds of in depth threads about this topic.

Thank you, and I searched it right after I posted this. I was shocked at the fact you don't do it by square foot, but I see the reasoning in some of the posts and understand.

I was under assumption sq ft was the norm. I have a few jobs under my belt and was trying to narrow in a number and was confused as what all to include since my jobs have been as far 40% apart for the same sq footage, but different blocks. So yours and others previous posts helped me see the reasoning and my numbers just proved that. thanks for your response(s)
