Landscape soil test result

I got the soil test results back on my personal landscape. This is a new home for us and some of our newly installed plants are not doing good or dieing.

It is really bad...

Suggested 100 lbs lime per k and 10 lbs of 10-10-10.

How should I proceed. Can I Fert/lime around each plant individually vs the entire bed?

Help!!

Proceed as recommended.

You need to do the whole bed, not just around the plants.

I do the lime first, then wait, then do the fert a month or two later.
