3rd year, Mow only on saturdays?

I have another job and only do this part time to make some extra cash.
This year I'm going to be going back to school and will be only available to mow on Saturdays.

I'm going to be calling my customers from last year and I am not sure whether I should tell them I am only going to be able to mow on Saturdays this year OR tell them
For the moment I can do it every Monday but in a month or two It will have to be only on Saturdays I can be there.

How do you think they will take the only on Saturdays? I'm afraid i might lose some customers.

Thanks

Nothing to be afraid of. Your business decision. Most of my accounts expected to have their lawns completed by Friday at the latest, unless I was sick. You may have some customers that will be understanding, the balance really don't want to have service companies working on their weekends off.

I would just do it and not go through all the hassle of notifying them. If somebody takes issue then address that customer. This is a 7/24 world, many people work weekends normally.

The last thing most homeowners want is their lawnguy there on the weekend. We only mow over the weekend when there is too much rain. I prefer to mow during the week for the simple reason that no one is home. If someone is home they want to chat and you can kiss efficiency goodbye. It will cost you time and time is money.
