turf tiger hesitation

One side of my tt will hesitate before going into reverse. The oil level and filter are fine. Is this generally a bad pump or motor? Thanks.

They do self bleed to a great extent, but I would check the linkages from the control levers to the pumps and make sure that the bypass valves are shut. The bypass valves are opened to allow the machine to be towed or pushed when its engine is not operational. Check the pump drive belt for condition and tension.
