Customer tells me, my mower won't start.

So I took it home, because I told them there was no way I could diagnose that thing out in the field... I will let the pictures tell the story of why I think most likely the reason why it would not start:

I've probably been given 5-6 mowers like that over the years and a bunch of handhelds. Usually they can be made to run with just some cleaning, plug, filters and lots of labor. The value when done is still zero, I've just given them away to people in need.
