Need some opinions with flat bed dump.

I'm wanting a metal barn door/ spreader tailgate. Then doing treated sides not sure how high yet. Also would like to put a hitch on so I can tow a small trailer. Using dump for mulch, leaves, and rock.

Also if you know of a place that sells a two or three way tailgate kit. Or the hoop kits with mesh tarps. Thank you.

These guys can hook you up with a leaf collection system. Tailgate and hitch I'd try to find a local metal fabricator or truck upfitter and talk with them.

Hoop systems looks like they would work. Talking with local shop in the next day or so. Haven't found much for 2-3 way tailgates on the net. Thank you for the link.

Local fab shop wanted 1500 for a fold down/ gravel tailgate. Seems high but never had to get anything like this done.

Are you better off finding a mason dump with drop sides, then selling off the flatbed?

That price was for a 2ft tall gate. Not sure what a 14ft mason bed would cost. Do you have a ballpark figure? Getting a second quote from another fab shop to do 4ft sides with the barn door/ spreader tailgate.
