Wow man... That is crazy about the Ex wife!

So sorry to hear it bro!

How many children did you have with her?

I am just trying to figure out why you have to pay that much money!

If I had to pay that much I would be sunk for sure!

I have the one child with her
It was said back a few years ago it's to maintain " her life style"
It went to her head, she isn't a ugly person not rude
Just she could max a credit card a day and not pay the bills.
When we split she had $25'000.00 in debt from... Get this
A Ltd. commodities .... A Chinese dollar store order magizine.
What?????
She bought all this cheap sh.. Stuff and never told anyone,
Who did she buy it for??? Poor children at christmas time( forget the famous group ..... When did i find out ? Long after tax time.

I don't care when we donate to the community but to learn it was a 3 year old debt and interest was over half of it , was just to much.

By giving her the company portion I don't have to give her anything. That's the great part.
I now have my retierment money back and I can start over.
Or move to abu dhabi at 40 ( wanted to for years)

This situation is not tax deductible, I would consult your CPA, if they say it is consult a better CPA

All of the statements in bold contradict each other, she was handed these businesses to avoid paying 20 million, but the managers own the businesses and she has no means of executing a liquidation to recoup finances?

I hope she didn't get the Franklin crew they were my favorite

Well since the kids are out in force I I would love if she sold all the stuff for 20 million to begin with as
At most it was ever worth was pennies on that.
Let's see its 48 $3500.00 trucks
Then that should be 35x 55.00 backpack sprayers
35 mowers lets say 6'000.00
70 string trimmers
35 backpack blowers
13 push spreaders
13 drop spreaders

Sell it all because it's to spread out to sell off the clients To one company.
Without doing the math and just having fun
I would say she gets change.

Also consider because things condridictt, things are never what they appear. We had a year to transfer business licenses so It will be up to the effected crews as if they walk away or not, it's not me it's them.
No the hoppers are around they were acquired after the split.

I never brought up liquidating for 20 million, that figure came from your post about alimony.

What judge would settle giving her a bunch of useless companies over 20 million which is obviously a percentage of your marital equity.

You have an amazing lawyer or she is incompetent one or the other..........

You roll fast man.
The facts is she gets the portion of the company
My venting over it is the her losing it and other stuff

If the ex-wife keeps the locations operational she will make out with more then 20 million over the years.
The lawyer is great as I have posted in other post.
The ex wife is greedy is all it is and she wanted it ALL.
There is NO WAY THAT WOMAN WILL SALE IT.

I am sure I overlooked some question so repost it without all the long quote of it.
