Yeah, the 31's are efi as well. They run super well. Built very well, although are very complex compared to the other mowers. Can't beat the cut quality. A walker and stander combo on the trailer is one of our best setups. You can't beat the durable and overall ability of the fixed deck stander.

Most of our properties are very nice lawns, but we have our share of "less desirable" lawns as well

And tell me more about the lawn rolling.....

I have heard about it before but it wasn't popular down in Boston....

What are the main attributes of the service?

Lawn rolling is the biggest no no in the landscaping and agricultural world. Unless you are aerating about every 3" after, you are destroying the subsoil and soil structure of your lawns.

Really the only time it should be used is on golf courses and sports fields with an engineered soil and soil structure with a high sand content and engineered drainage and irrigation system. And in these applications they are arrating directly after they roll and then re sand the areas

Love the business and love the equipment and good luck to you, but I would avoid rolling lawns by all means if you want healthy lawns.

Tell me more about your CAM trailer. My trailer dealer sells them and I was just in there, last week, inquiring. I know they can do custom work. Is that trailer custom or are the sideboards and ramp something you did? Is the ramp hinged at the top of the sideboards, to allow debris to pass under when dumping? What length is that?
