Protecting pickup box from rust (Spray Tanks)

We are in the process of converting our 2001 trucks/tanks into complete liquid systems.

All of our beds are complete garbage from rust and need to be replaced. They were rhino lined prior to installing the tanks.

My questions is what would be the best way to protect the new beds from rust? I would like to do this all in house so any product you could recommend for spraying would help.

My thoughts were to orginally spray the beds once installed then spray around the holes that were made after installing the spray packages.

We rhino lines our box trucks and then silicones the bolts before we put them thru the holes. So far so good. Needs to be redone every year. But we get a year out of the silicone.
