I missed the age too. I would be cautious however. Parental Supervision would be a must while learning the controls for a couple weeks. Rather be safe than sorry!

Her are two links, what do you'll think? I like the 36in because I could do yards that have gated and such.
And the snapper looks pretty good to!, just want something that will last!

Snapper looks like it's got better controls, anti-scalp wheels, bigger deck, and it's cheaper. Both look good for the price though.

Ok thanks! Oh and by the way, I do like that the bob cat has a kawi engine but also I do mostly small yards (a few are about 5000 sq ft and have gates) but I could continue those with my 20in and use a 48 for my bigger yards (about3.5 acre and a open .75 acre and a 1acre yard. Keep replys coming!!

I would go with bobcat you show the guy $900 and it's yours
There is no Kawi engine on the bobcat
