A good rule of thumb when starting out, if you think the price you come up with is a little high than add 10%. When I first started out I thought at times no way would they pay this amount. Only to have them not blink an eye when telling me to do it. I left a LOT of money on the table when I first started out.

Yes good idea here. Don't be scared to give a high number. Always can come down not up.

Hey guys going to look and price out that job tomorrow stay tuned ill let you know what happens. And I'm sure ill ask some questions about pricing or the job it's self lol. What's the best method to measure all the mulch beds measuring wheel or tape measure ?

I know that this is a week old but he may also expect the beds to be edged which can be a big job in itself. Also have the mulch delivered by a local supplier. I would help walk a property with you, but your a little ways from me.
