Yearly Bid

So I was working on getting bids put together for my commercial business today and a hopefully future customer asked about Just paying once for the season...

Should I do it?

Pros?
Cons?

How do I bid this... There are about 20-25 Weeks of mowing in my area. and It is about a half of an acre

I would, allows you and them to budget. This helped us during the drought, we didn't mow but we still went and provided other services to improve their property.
