Mower_babe,
Look in the elements of business section and I have a picture of one of the 4x6 cards I put out. I'm getting 10,000 printed today for just over $200! Other than that I put a ad in the pennysaver and the local SUN newspaper. Responses have been low, but now with the weather warming up, I think it will change.
BTW, what part of IL. are you in?

Dear Precision Lawn,

Where did you get those cards done? Is it from a company in Florida - "twig one stop"? I know you can get access to them from the internet. I've checked them out a little bit, but I need to get more into it.
I am in the north western part of IL. Just 15 miles east of the Mississippi, and about 1.5 hrs south of Wisconsin and 3 hours west of Chicago. Surrounded by cornfields.
Don't worry, I am of no competition, I see your'e in Chicago-land. I don't want to travel that far to mow!

Precision,

Just went to see your cards. They look very good. I am looking on the web to get cards done, but maybe I should check into local. Thanks!

DLCS,

Currently, we do most of our business in the Morrison and Fulton area. I see that you like Deere. What do you have for mowers - any other brands?

I use a JD 757, JD 345, Cub Cadets and Lawn Boys. How about you what brands of mowers do you use? Just curious.

From Chicago originally, 111th Ewing. 22 years
Lived in Cal City then Riverdale for 5 years. Never did Commercial work down there. Moved to Cheeseland in 90. Still support the Bears. Family moved out of the city to the far west and NW burbs.
Got to meet Eric ELM since he lived 10 minutes from my mom.

I still enjoy visiting down there, it will always be my home state!
