Dump Trailer Shovel Rack ?

I'm trying to figure out the best way to store shovels, rakes, etc. on my dump trailer. I was thinking of maybe getting the open trailer type shovel racks and welding or bolting them to the trailer some how. These won't work for tools with D-handles though.

Does anyone have any pictures of their set up or ideas?

Thanks

Just use clips on a board like he did instead of pipe.

What d handle tools do you use?

All my hand tools go into pipes welded then all of the d handles go in front and bungee to welded tabs on the sides of the outside pipes. Works well

if you see my work thread I built a rack for an open trailer, at my old company, they used the same rack system on their dump trailers. up front in same location. no tools ever came out of the rack even at full tilt.

Dump Trailer Racks

This is the link. I was the one who did this to my dump trailer. They work out very well. I know all trailers are different but you can get an idea of how you might want to set yours up. Jason

Thanks for posting that link. I think I am going to go with PVC. I can just screw it to the wooden boards on top of the trailer so there's no need to drill/cut/weld the actual trailer metal.
