Yea, really. I have one client with 20-K of turf that really needa to be Aerified. I quoted $250 and am waiting to hear back.

Does that include seed or just aeration?

I live right out side msp so that area has a ton of pressure from tru green and scotts. Tough to even charge what we do

Haha...we don't seed down here

That's just for Aeration. Luckily those companies don't push it much down here and honestly thier prices aren't much lower than mine....

5K = $140 over seeding is $27 plus $4 a pound for seed
