mask when working?

Seeking thoughts on the idea of wearing some kind of mask when blowing, weed eating, cutting grass, etc.

I noticed in April lots of pollen while blowing apartment breezeways, etc. It really about choked me up at times.

I tried on of the cheap 3M mask from Walmart and the minute I breathed the air slipped through the mask top and fogged my glasses.

I am very health conscious and addressing every possible issue helps along the way I believe.

One of my coworkers wears a bandana wrapped across his face and in part it looks kinda unprofessional to me.

What would everyone suggest in these situations?

Brian

i got an endracool wrap from lowes. you can where it around your neck to keep your neck from getting sun burn. or you can pull it over your nose when things are dusty. or around your head to keep the sweat from dripping on your safety glasses when trimming. pour some water on it, snap it and now it cools you off.
dust masks get uncomfortable and this wrap i found is washable. hope this helps
