starting to look at getting a site - need advice

Need a place to store equipment, maintenance, and dump site. What should I be looking for in a site? I want a structure I can drive the truck and trailer into and drive out, drainage in the floors for washing equipment, security cameras, motion lights, ect. Any tips or ideas of what to look for?

Buy some land and put a shop up on it.

Can you hold out working out of your house's garage?

As pointed out better to try to buy. There is a thread on here currently where a LCO found a place to buy that will cost him less then renting and the place is bigger.

As to a place to dump. The town dump. I can't see breaking your back loading up debris from a job.

To dump it at your own yard. Then you have to reload it to eventually get rid of it. And, no one is going to be paying you to load and unload that crap a second time.
