mowing crew instructions

I'm in the process of creating a binder for all our properties to give special instructions for the foreman and crew.

Here is the into page and basic mowing instructions that should be completed on all properties. I know I may be forgetting something and wanted some other eyes to look at it. What we think is common knowledge may not be to other employees....

2 types of properties:

Mow Blow Go --- mostly rental properties or one time cuts

-Mow all lawn areas
-Trim missed areas and edge landscape beds with trimmer
-Edge all hard surfaces with edger or trimmer
-Blow all hard surfaces, patios, decks, stoops clear of debris. Blow to natural areas and not back into lawn
-Pick up trash
-Spot spray weeds in beds and drive/patio cracks

Highend/Commercial properties

-Same as Mow Blow Go
-All sticks/trash/pine cones picked up in lawn
-Extra time spraying/pulling weeds in beds
-“roll” pine straw if possible
-Do something extra to seperate us from the competition
