After....

This job was a tough one. Lots of storm damage in a heavily wooded area. Lots of leaves left from the year prior.

Not bad for a chinese mower huh? This was first cut of the season - grass was overgrown and only 1 pass. I did NOT double-cut this yard!

This is the #1 reason I have not replaced my 36" walk behind with a Toro Timemaster 30" mower....

Oops... posted the wrong pic. This is the lawn I was talking about. Full of weeds and was overgrown. 1 pass - first cut of the season!

Half way through something told me to snap a photo! You can't tell from the pic but this lawn was overgrown - also first cut of the season mulched with the Honda HRR running doubles!

No idea what's going on with all that dead grass - last year was a great year for rain. They have a company who regularly applies fertilizer - possibly too much? Could have something to do with the shrubs as well... it's a new lawn so I don't know the whole story. They wouldn't pay for proper leaf cleanup so I did my best to mulch them into the lawn.

I plan on cutting this lawn next week with the walk behind. Will post photo's after to show the difference in cut quality.
