New Customer template

I have been looking for days with little luck. I'm looking for a template I can use to record and file away customer information such as name, addy, phone, email, lot size, turf size, mowing cost, chemical cost, mulch needed and cost, etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also looking for a better way to keep info from chemical applications. Thanks

Locqus can handle most of this template, save for the chem tracking. Which we need some help on. I never got into fertilizer and chem applications so I am a little unsure on how to track it or what fields you would want to see.

I assume it is based on weight? ounces for liquid chem? or bags? and then how much is used or applied for each customer. We can handle "inventory" which could be used for chemicals, but I imagine our self depreciating inventory is missing a piece.
