Real Green door bags

Well I got some of the door hanger bags from Real Green, I like them. I was wondering how much stuff you guys would put in them besides a flier"s". My wife wants me to put little baggies of mulch samples in them. I knda like the idea but worry about the cost. Anyway any ideas are appreciated. Dave

Dave, get yourself some refrigerator magnets (they are not all that expensive, keep them simple) also throw in a pen (with your company name and phone# imprinted) People love free things and it keeps your name and number in front of them.

Did you get the white bags with 'important lawn info enclosed' lettered on it? we use those.

we also throw in outside thermometers with those little suction cups that sticks it to the window (with our company logo and phone # on it). Every one looks at those. Bit more pricey though.

Anyway, you get the idea. Give stuff that has your name & # on it. If you go with the baggies of mulch, I'd staple a business card to each baggie. May sound like over kill, but its key (in my opinion) to always get your name and phone# in front of prospective customers.

good luck

I received mine last week. Great for leaving estimates in when the homeowner is not at home at the time of the estimate. I had thought about adding a 1/2 cup of grass seed (added for weight) along with a flier promoting whatever at the time and just drop them off at the base of the mailbox.

Yeah I got the important lawn info bags. I guess that's why I like them, they're kind of eye catching themselves. I had thought of the magnet thing myself. You know you can get magnetic sheets you can run through your printer. Thanks Dave

I always used the bags with the little grass guy that says important lawn info inside. Well i'm down to a couple hundred so I reordered today and was told they just change them. They no longer have the grass guy. they replaced him with a tree. They haven't changed their website yet.

Has anyone seen these yet?

They are fairly reasonable too. 1000 for $24.95, but you have to order a minimum of 2000. Oh the season is upon us and for some it is here and has been here.

Soupy, I havent seen the bags with the tree, but we use their windowed envelopes with the tree, i assume its the same tree, looks good.

you can still get the grass guy, but now you have to join real greens association. Marketing for Success.
you can check it out @
http://800MFS.com
I'm not sure if that site is totally up and running yet.

or try
http://www.1-800-lawncare.com

Their 'private Association' is The Independent Lawncare Association of America, we're a member, it AIN'T cheap, but it has huge potential to grow your business.
