had to call dep of agriculture on tru green.

I'm trying to take the state exam june 9th but they called and said they need tru green to sign off on one piece of paper and then ill be clear to take the exam. I've called and shown up to the branch I worked at and it is impossible to get them to do something. I finally called department of agriculture and had them email the supervisor. She said if he doesn't sign the paper she will have an inspector go out and see them.

You're potential competition they don't want or need...

They are sucking the hind tit around here as far as lawn customers go. I've hardly seen any signs of theirs posted in lawns in my area this Spring.

Don't work for TG period. Find an independent guy to work for.

.

Which paper does your CPOIC from TG have to sign??? There are way to many excuses they can give for not signing you off. If your Former CPOIC is no longer with TG, Then the New Guy can't really sign you off because you never worked for him. I get so mad at Big Corporation in general because the Left Hand doesn't know what the Right hand is doing. They are just too big to have any control. Comcast is the worst to deal with.

As an outsider I believe I see both sides of this problem. First I feel sorry for you and feel you are in a Catch 22. However if I were the CPO for TG, I wouldn't sign you off either. I don't know you and have no knowledge of your morals or work ethics. I realize the state doesn't care or will they hold a CPO responsible for any ones actions I sign off. But from a moral stand point I wouldn't sign off anyone I didn't have experience with.

What can you?? Did you not say you were working for another Pesticide Company. Can't you have your current CPOIC sign for you?????
