What about yardbook? It's free and has scheduling geared toward the landscaping guy.

Clipitc online is free for now if you have less than 100 customers...its company was originally built by the same guy who built Wright Stander...he maintained lawns. The current owners have a lawn business in MD

Jobber or Service Autopilot are the two best online scheduling programs I have used. I really like the simplicity of Jobber but I have been running SAP for 3 years and it works very well when you integrate it with a merchant account for payments.

For SAP, I have all jobs listed on a calendar. Then at the end of the day I go to those jobs and click complete. An invoice is automatically generated. Once the client logs into their account and pays the invoice(s). They are automatically closed out in SAP. I just watch for invoices that go XX days late and send a reminder invoice. All very simple and I think it is what contributes to our very minimal number of slow paying customers.

Yeah, Jobber can link with a variety of online payment options. I use Paypal with Jobber. It's an add-on. I think it costs $5 extra a month. My emailed invoices all have a link the customer clicks which takes them directly to Paypal. It's pretty neat.

Right now we work with Paypal, Stripe, Braintree and Authorize.net.

Paypal and Stripe are the most popular ones. I heard stripe is starting to roll out 2 day instead of 7 day payments to your bank account.

We also have taken a look at integrating with Square, if that happens it will be very cool.

Hi Michael,

Sounds like Yardbook would work for you. We've just added credit card payment processing. It's currently in Beta. Give it a try and let us know what you think.

Mhelpdesk

Hey guys,

Mhelpdesk is actually the top-rated landscaping software company (see capterra's top landscape companies).

We have all the features you talked about including scheduling with 2-way google calendar sync. A lot of other companies only have a 1-way sync which will prohibit you from seeing all your events on both calendars.

We also have all the invoicing you referenced with a beautiful Quickbooks integration.

Happy to answer any questions!
