RB 5000 problems

This year I have found many non rotating 5000s that have been installed in the last two years. Anyone else noticing this?

I don't deal with 5500s much, but I've been seeing the same thing with 3500s.

One so far this year out of 60+ start ups. So no, nothing to be alarmed about.

Mr Munster, What is the possibility, that somehow, someway, by some act of nature:

someone, for some reason, for example:

Broke a lateral pipe...tried to repair it themselves...got dirt in the line while repairing it...and the dirt jammed up the gears?

110% not possible?
