Waslker Bearings, Any Ideas?

48' Mulching decks. The Tee gearbox is Part number 5051-6 (heavy Duty). I have a few that need new bearings. Has anyone ever sourced out just the bearings? Refuse to replace whole unit when it just needs a bearing.

For starters it would probably help greatly if one knew what type of bearings you are looking for, also before we go any further you might as well go find the mower's model and serial number.

model and serial number.

Well the tee gearbox 5051-6 has 4 bearings in it, so, um all 4?
As to model and serial number this is for a 48inch mowing deck. And they all take the same tee gearbox for heavy duty or 5051-16 for lighter duty.

Take the bearing to any industrial supply house like grainger or applied industrial and they can usually match something for you. Or with ID OD and thickness you can order online at http://www.applied.com/

Yeah. But used my last not destroyed one today so all I have is pieces. Guess I could yank one out and go play show and tell but figured someone else must have at some point. Was worth a try to see if someone had the numbers drawn on their wall

Walker Bearings

The bearings are the same for the aluminum and cast iron boxes.
Walker part number P024 and P044 should be the two different bearings that you are looking for. You can double check with your dealer.
