What would you do if a LCO used clear packing tape and taped it to your mailbox? You know, the kind that peels a nice chunck of paint off when you remove it?

I'm going to call the guy up for a 'free' estimate...and tell him to get to re-painting my mailbox....for free.

only one irritated me the guy walks through the lawn while I was mowing I had to shut the mower down while he was walking by It was rather obvious that this house had a service lol, I called the number while I was waiting for the rain to stop shortly after and got cussed out by the girl that answered the phone. most fliers around here are thrown in the driveway those go in the trash I dont bother the ones at the door unless they fall when blowing wich they all do with the eb630

We offer a multitude of services. One of them happens to be litter removal from all outdoor surfaces. Lead us not into temptation but save us from evil...or something like that.

I dont touch them, just dont even touch it. Dont hand it to the customer, dont throw it away, just leave it. If your work is so crappy you are scared someone is going to take it from you, you need to do a better job!

The quality of my work is beside the point. I have some 2-3 acre lots in a high-profile subdivision with houses that cost anywhere from $500k to $3 million. Kids, con-men, and idiots come through there all the time shooting bids that are sheer lunacy. How about $45 for 3 acres?

Once those clowns get a lawn or two, that becomes the new standard. Legitimate or not, those low-ball bids will at least be negotiating tool in the hands of HIGHLY successful people. I know I only see a fraction of those idiotís fliers, and I have enough business and referrals that Iím choosing my customers, but the less my customers see of that nonsense the better.

i put my flyer behind the mailbox flag, now, if theres another one already there it usually falls out by accident, and rather than letting loose debris fall on a potencial customers yard, i catch it as it's falling, at this point i really dont know what to do, so i just crumple it up and toss it in back. whoops!!
