Pricing used equipment?

I'm a homeowner and am moving from a 10 acre property to a 1/3 acre subdivision lot. 2 years ago I purchased a commercial zero turn (Husqvarna PZ60) for the timesavings over a compact tractor on the 3-1/2 acres I mow. It really did save me time as I'm at 66 hours on the machine in 2 years. Its too big for the new place--really too big, I couldn't get into about 1/3 of the yard--so I'm going to be selling it once we close on both houses.

I'm wondering about fair pricing for both me and the buyer. With well maintained woodworking equipment I sold I found that 2/3 of new pricing was about the right starting point. Any rules of thumb in this industry?

2/3 sounds about right because of how low the hours are although I don't know how well Husqvarna mowers hold their value compared to other commercial brands like exmark and scag
