Water access box- need a source

Can someone direct me to a source for access boxes that are built into a masonry/tile patio. I've attached pictures of a client who has some boxes that are made by Smith but a google search was nada. These boxes serve as water access points for planters at entryways, etc.

Weathermatic had one in their catalog. The one pictured above is actually a commercial frostproof faucet turned sideways.
