I have only seen one company around my area that has one and the have to mow large properties with the side discharge deck and tri-plex reel mower

Unlimited landscaping? I saw one this summer on the back of an npr. Howard brothers in Alpharetta has sold a couple of them. I guess if you have the contracts to justify it then a $30,000 reel mower would make sense. I'm far from that though.

I think I'm going to pull the trigger on a 48" lazer z e series. Would 20hp be enough to not bog down in Bermuda?

Pro lawn was the company, smaller company out of oak wood. They do a lot of commercial properties. I live a few doors down from the john Howard(owns Howard brothers) son. Allen the son is there sales rep for ventrac. He always has one at his house, gets to mow his own fescue lawn with it. It's one of the best striping mowers on the market. They have a built in roller. 20hp should be fine as long it's mowed weekly.
