Service / billing software

I've read other posts and haven't found exactly the answer I'm looking for.
Is there a software/app where for ex: my mowing guys can log a mowing service at the job site that will automatically link them to a billing software? Or for any service for that matter? The problem we have is that lapse between hand recording work and getting it manually in the computer for billing.

Help is greatly appreciated.

I just started using yardbook.com so far so good... Can schedule and do invoicing and job completions from field and it's free... You can send estimates and invoices to customers while you are at the property. Been very helpful to me

"Jobber's an option. So is Mhelpdesk. It all depends on how much of your admin functions you want to outsource. There is a whole industry trying to meet these needs. There is a whole rainbow of service shop software out there. What you should buy depends on what your company needs. Jobber will do this: So will a lot of other things including Mhelpdesk."

Locqus is close. Locqus time/geo stamps when jobs are complete and then associates invoices to that job and customer for billing. You can bill directly from the app on site if you wish. Free too!

I use jobber, it does everything I need. There's a free 30 day trail too. It also has an app so you can work out on the job. It has timers you can start at the beginning of jobs so you can bill by the hour etc.

Lots of great functions and easy to use.

Real Time

TurfWizard has a real time interface that is not an app. There is no down time or lag. Everything is produced in real time from mobile devices to desktop home bases.
