Exactly true about hurting if you bill flat rate.

I bill flat rate. I don't deal with hills, large country lawns, etc. 99.99999% of my properties are postage stamp. This works for me. If I had properties with hills or large country lawns, flat rate would never work.

Some areas guys can get away with only weekly, while others have mostly biweely. Some guys even do every 10 days. It's up to you and want you want to offer the customer.

Chasing monthly dollar amounts will do you no good. You need to learn to price each lawn accordingly. If you are underbidding properties just to make your dollar amount you want per month, you'll quickly find you'll be chasing your tail. Remember, your building a business...it takes time.
