Back up alarm

When towing my enclosed trailer there is obviously a huge blind spot, right behind the trailer. I've always feared of a someone being behind me and I can't see them when backing up. So I'm gonna get me a back up alarm for my truck. Any body use them? I figure better be safe then sorry, because I couldn't live with myself if I ran over somebody.
