What am I missing

Been in business for the second year now, and have trouble getting new clients. I know that the area is saturated with other lawn care companies, 8 that I can think of off hand including my own. I've tried every advertising method I can think of and can afford at the time. So Wilkes NC is 757 sq mi , with a good majority of that being farm land, with a population of 69,023 and an average income of $32,000/year. So with all that said is it time to hang it up?

I wouldn't say deep in debt all equipment was bought out right, although had to replace my truck in late December last year so that's 350/mo other than insurance and fuel that's it

Offer so kind of promotion. Maybe like the first cut is $20 of free iPod with every paid up front account. Ummmm. Maybe throw a big BBQ for some exposure and a chance to talk to people If you love it and do a good job Word of mouth should help you

post cards are out of budget for the time being door to door anything requires all kinds of permits here which equals big time red tape

I like the promotion idea, something to think about now or next year maybe both?
