Wright stander front caster wheel problem

Hey guys,
My right front caster wheel seems to have a problem. Towards the end of the last mowing day the right front wheel stopped turning everytime, and would sometimes be dragging instead of spinning. I don't know what is going on. Is this the spindle? It wont always turn all the way in a (horizontal) circle, but will drag a little bit sideways.
Thanks for any help in figuring out whats wrong.
It only has 80 hours.
thanks

Is the spindle bent slightly from possibly going through a hole or something?

well you could learn most things from a book, but it is helpful when someone with years of experience can show you.
